I thought this condo was kind of cool. 1500 square feet is approx 39x39 so I wouldn't exactly call it small. If that's a small condo I'd like to see a big condo. Interesting to have a full size organ, that's pretty old school.
I'm trying to decide if the fireplace on the wall is real or not.
